Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a reading due to unforeseen circumstances and more than seven days prior to the reading taking place, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be offered a refund, but will be permitted to reschedule the reading. Failure to attend the reading at the scheduled time will forfeit your payment - no refund will be provided and there will be no opportunity to reschedule the reading. Clients are not eligible for refunds after a reading has been completed. In the remote event that I need to need to reschedule for unforeseen emergencies, clients will be offered the option of a full refund or an option to reschedule the consultation to at a later date.
